Not just anyone can become endorsed; only those who meet the high standards and pass the assessment process can become a Which? Trusted Trader. The assessment process includes credit and customer reference checks, and a visit from a Which? Trusted Traders trading standards professional assessor.
The aim of Which? Trusted Traders is to raise the standard of the trade industry for consumers, by setting a benchmark that Which? expect all traders to meet before they can become endorsed. Which? focus solely on bringing reputable and trustworthy traders to consumers without compromising on quality.
Fensa Registered
FENSA is a government-authorized competent person scheme that monitors Building Regulations compliance for replacement windows and doors. Every FENSA Approved Installer, from large national brands to small local companies, is assessed regularly by FENSA to ensure its standards are continually maintained.
A FENSA Approved Installer will ensure your installation complies with Building Regulations and is registered with the local council, both of which are legal requirements. They will also ensure the work meets energy efficiency requirements. Then once the work has been completed, you’ll receive a FENSA certificate - essential when it comes to selling your home.
